Skyline Movie

This past weekend I went to see Skyline. It was a great movie, kept me into it. If you liked War of the Worlds, its the same kind of movie. It's about invaders coming from outer space to take humans brains to put them on their own kind. It's a great science fiction. I didn't like the ending though, I thought it was dumb. I won't say what happened. Still a very good sci-fi movie.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse

Today I went to see Eclipse, the third part of the Twilight Saga. I actually liked it. Edward finally kills Victoria. It continues to be a love story between Edward and Bella. Bella is caught between two loves, Edward and Jacob. In the end she knows Edward is her true love. I realized that yes, we can love two people at the same time, but in the end you love one the most, and this is what Bella realized. Great movie, can't wait to see the ending.

Letters to Juliet Movie

Today I watched the movie, Letters to Juliet at Harkins Theaters. I was actually dragged to see it. I'm not really a romantic person, but this story was actually good. This movie is about a letter that was lost for fifty years, and was found by Sophie, a writer. She is determined to find the writer of the letter, and finds her. They set out on an adventure to find the lost love of 50 years. In the end, they find each other and marry. I believe if something is meant to be, even though we separate, time and destiny will bring true love back together.

Paranormal Activity Movie

I watched the Paranormal Activity movie a week ago. This movie is supposedly based on true events that happened in San Diego. It's about a young couple that just moved to a new tract home. This movie is a low-budget movie made at home with a digital camcorder. The girl is supposedly haunted by this demon that has followed her since childhood. The boyfriend buys a digital camcorder to video tape everything, even at night when they sleep. Surprisingly the camera does catch a lot of activity. This movie is a thriller and keeps you in suspense. In my opinion, it's a very good movie that has been made at home but it's fake. If supposedly this activity happened 3 or 4 years ago and there was a murder involved and it's on true events, why show a real murder on national theaters for people to see? hmmmm. It's only a well made low budget movie folks. Enjoy it.

G-Force The Movie

On Sunday, I saw the movie G-Force at the theater. Walt Disney production made this movie. It's about 4 guinea pigs who work for the secret service. They are trying to stop a billionaire to take over the world with his homemade appliances that come into life.

This movie is fun, entertaining, and very cute. In the end, it made me think. What if a home appliance does come into life and start shooting at me? Something to think about. Hmmmm...

Scarface the Movie

I had never, never in my life seen Scarface until this weekend. Let me say that it's a very good movie. I like mafia and gangster movies, but never had an interest in this one, until now. This movie was reliesed in 1983, starring Al Pacino. The saying, "the world is yours,
and everything in it" could be true. Sometimes its good to dream, but be careful to dream about everything, because in the end you get it all, the good and the bad. I will defineltey get this movie for my dvd collection. One last thing about this movie, was he in love with his own sister? hmmm.

Ratatouille the Movie

This weekend I was in the mood to see a Disney movie. I browsed thru the cable and noticed Ratatouille was going to play. Its a very cute animated movie that was made in 2007 by Pixar and Disney. Through out the movie I was hungry. I love fancy restaurants and excellent cuisine. One thing got me thinking about this movie. If it were in real life, would a famous food critic accept a rat as a cook? hmmmm.

Beowulf the movie

Beowulf is an animated, fantasy, action and adventure movie. It was filmed in 2007. This weekend I saw it for the first time. I loved it! The reason why I started watching it was because I love Angelina Jolie. To my surprise, she only comes out like 3 times in the movie! Anyways, it was a very good animated movie, it kept me interested. The one thing that kept me thinking was the ending. I just wonder, did the king go with her? or did he walk away? Hmmm..........
