6 Foods that lower cholesterol

I received an e-mail the other day on 6 foods that lower cholesterol. I want to share them with you. These six foods have been shown to lower Cholesterol and are actually very good.
1. Oranges
2. Oats
3. Beans and lentils
4. Sardines
5. Pistachio nuts
6. Oil Spray
