No bread after 3 nothing after 7

I'm not a nutritionist, or a personal trainer, but I do like to be healthy. I love food, there is no doubt about that. There are times, when I find myself in snack heaven, that I just eat and eat. Mainly once a month, if you know what I mean. I'm not thin or heavy, but I do have a beer belly! Yes, I must have my Coors light, or Tecate Light every weekend.

Going back to food. Sometimes I get asked about my diet. Well, I don't really have a diet. I get up at 5:30 a.m. Monday thru Friday and go jog at the park. I only do two laps. I must drink my green tea every morning, and for a morning snack, a banana. For lunch I have whatever I crave. From pizza, to a salad, or even a sandwich. If I have an afternoon snack, its either another banana or some kind of fruit. My only rule, no bread after 3. That includes, tortillas, pastas, any kind of bread. And the other, nothing after 7. For dinner I can eat anything, as long as it doesn't have bread, and I eat dinner before 7. That is the way I keep healthy. Now you know.
